Why do we like home juicers so much?

juicers is estimated at 20 million units per year. Such a huge market
illustrates people's preference for freshly squeezed juice. In a way it also
means a high-quality lifestyle.
The structure of a household juicer is not
complicated. It consists of a motor that drives the juicer basket, and there is a juicing blade under the bottom of the juicer cone. When the machine rotates at high speed, fruits such as
apples and oranges are placed from the top of the machine, chopped up by the Juice
blade and separated from juice by centrifugal force generated by the Juicer filter.
In fact, we found that the juicer has many
disadvantages, such as loud noise, like a roaring beast. uncleanable,
especially for the part of Juicer strainers, it is hard to clean the metal cone mesh inside even with a brush. But the juicers have no shortage
of admirers. Why? Because it represents a green, nutritious, high-quality

prepare watermelon juice and delicious apple juice for our friends. Make

The beautiful juice comes from our
continuous process improvement of the juicers. When our engineers came up
with the concept that a good juicer should squeeze an apple in three seconds. Then,
after two months of repeated testing, it took almost a ton of apples to finish
it. However, the more complicated problem is how to further improve the
taste of juice. As we know, the finer the juice, the better the taste, which
requires our juice machine to cut the fruit into more pieces, and the mesh of the
juice net should be smaller, which will definitely reduce the juice rate. However,
our engineers wanted both texture and yield. Therefore, we overturned the
previous structural design and designed a different Juicer Blade from the
perspective of adjusting the Juicer Basket, breaking through the size limit of
the metal cone mesh to become smaller with metal etching process. After
half a year of repeated testing, finally make the fruit juice taste more
delicate.
When we think of the scene of a family
enjoying their own juice on a leisurely afternoon, our continuous hard work and
improvement makes it all worthwhile.
